Refund for Domain Mapping purchase
-
Hello, I recently purchased domain mapping for $13 per year. I thought this would automatically transfer all my exisiting posts and pages in WordPress to the new domain. Actually it didn’t.
How do I get a refund on this purchase as I don’t need a mapping (redirecting traffic to my new site) ?

I’ve removed the domain mapping upgrade and issued a $13 refund. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
If you let me know a little bit more about what you’re trying to do, I’d be glad to help.
It looks like you already have a self-hosted WordPress site here: http://www.eatjapanchannel.com.
If your goal is to move that site over to WordPress.com, here’s a guide:

Once your site contents have been moved over to WordPress.com and it’s ready to go live, you can then re-map the domain, and update the name servers to point them to WordPress.com, following these instructions:

If you have any other questions, just let us know.
