Refund for my domain hosting

    Hello.
    Recently wordpress charged my card early to re-new my domain hosting which I don’t need anymore. So I canceled the hosting plan and I was told I was gonna get a refund for that since I haven’t used the hosting yet, but I haven’t got my money back (it’s been about a week). And in the billing history of my account of wordpress the refund isn’t even mentioned. What happened here? What should I do?

    I see a canceled Domain Mapping upgrade on your account.

    I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
