Refund for non-existant site

    Hi

    I have recently been charged for the renewal of a domain name for a site that no longer exists (and hasn’t since 2016). It was a site for a community anniversary and I no longer have the log in details for the account. I have cancelled the renewal with paypal – is there any way I can get a refund for the renewal charge.

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
