Refund for renewal

  Hi, I want to request a refund for my premium plan that have just been renewed.

  I opened a dispute in Paypal and received a mail from wordpress telling me to close it so a normal refund can be requested.

  After closing the dispute I tried to follow the instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/#how-do-i-request-a-refund but when I click on ‘Manage Purchases’ the section is completely empty, so I can not proceed.

  Can someone help me?

  Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for WordPress.com Premium and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
