  I need a refund to my credit card for the purchase of a subscription I do not want. How do I go about doing this

  Sure! A refund was sent back to the original card on 27th November 2018 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
