Refund for the cost of my website domain

    Hi! I cancelled my business subscription and the domain that I purchased with that subscription and I have received a refund for everything except for the $18 spent for the domain. How do I actually get a full refund? I cancelled my subscription 5 hours after making it. This was three days ago.

    Hi there!

    Not sure what happened there, but I’ve gone ahead and refunded the remaining $18. Apologies for the error.

    Would you mind sharing with us the reason for canceling? Did you need help with setting up your site?

    Also, please note that a canceled domain won’t be available for registration elsewhere for about a week. After that time, it becomes available for anyone to register. So there’s a risk that someone else may register the domain before you have the chance to do it. Do you plan to use the domain or are you letting it go permanently?
