Refund for the latest payment

    Hello! A few days ago the domain of my blog was payed through my mastercard, but I cancelled the subscription and I need my money back. How do I get them back? Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi! I can see your refund is being processed (actually over two transactions, as it looked like you canceled the plan and domain separately) so you should see those back on your card soon.

    Regarding the domain, though: if you want to use it again with another host, please let us know right away so we can get that sorted. Cancelling it will not “release” it for re-purchase. It goes through a redemption process first, and it may be difficult and expensive, or potentially impossible, to get it back. Just update us here if you want to keep the domain.
