Refund for upgrade and domain registration

I upgraded from the free plan to the person plan on the 1st of January, and requested a refund soon after. I still haven’t received any refund.

It appears that the refund never went through. Sorry about that. I’ve processed it now, and you should receive it within about 10 business days depending on your bank. You can view a receipt for the refund transaction here:
