  Hi there, I am wondering how I get a refund for my domain and plan?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No worries! Since I don’t have the tools to do this, I’ll tag this as Modlook, so that staff could take a look, and reply further — And they may issue a refund, depending on your account information.

  Hi there,

  I can still refund your plan for you. However, cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. Only cancel a domain if you’re completely sure you no longer want it at all.

  Once you confirm that you’re sure you want to cancel the domain I can get the process started for you :)

  I have cancelled everything and refunded your payment of C$60. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
