Refund from Downgrade

Hi there, I’ve been trying to get a clear answer on this for awhile — when downgrading a plan/moving to another host while a plan is still active, is it possible to get a refund for the difference?

As clearly stated in the Refund Policy of wordpress.com, that isn’t possible. See info at https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

We provide a full refund for 30 days after purchase, so if you downgrade within 30 days, you’ll be refunded the difference.
We don’t provide any refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.
