REFUND HELP

Hi, I made an account and unfortunately it’s not what I wanted.
I currently have an active WordPress account and purchased a new theme through another site. To not mess with the current site, I made a new WordPress site a couple of days ago but I only got paid options pop up, so I picked the cheapest option (personal $5 per month) to test a new theme and hopefully transfer my domain to this new site.
This new site does not look anything like my old site in usability, which is making it hard to understand and it’s asking me to upgrade my subscription to the most costly option (business $30 per month).
I would prefer to take my chances on messing my old site up and continue using it.
Please refund my account. -
