Refund Hoax

One day after my custom design upgrade auto-renewed (I forgot that I was signed up for this) I requested a refund for the upgrade. It has been a month and I have heard nothing from WordPress support nor have I seen a dime refunded into my account. What’s the point of a refund request option if you’re just going to ignore it? Plus of course there isn’t a number or email to reach someone directly…instead I have to “ask the community for support”. Yeah I see this working out…
