Refund- How long till money’s back in my account?

    Good evening,
    I canceled my renewal for my site yesterday (Sat. June 22) and was told I would be refunded my $300. How long does it normally take to see the refund back in my account?

    Hi there,

    Refunds typically take around ten business days to reflect in your account, but that depends entirely on processing times at your bank, and with some banks it can take longer.

    If you don’t see the refund after ten business days, please follow up with your bank directly – in the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/ you’ll find a transaction ID for the refund from our payment processor that you can provide to your bank as a reference of the transaction.
