  Hi all,

  I have paid $47.88 for ‘personal plan’ today.
  After a few minutes, I have upgraded my plan to ‘premium’ and paid extra $81.12

  However, after using this service, I found a difficulty to build a website I want.
  So, I canceled the plan right away, but only $81.12 was refunded.
  Where has the remaining $47.88 gone?

  Please get back to me as soon as possible.

  I’ve refunded you $47.88 for the Personal plan. Both plans have now been fully refunded and you can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  Refunds usually take about 7-14 days to process and show up on your statement — although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
