  I ask 10 days ago for a refund, I have not authorized that. I don’t see it in PayPal reflected. Best Regards.

  I am seeing on our end that the payment has been reversed as an unauthorized charge. Once that happens, it is out of our hands. Please contact your bank and ask them what the status is as far as the money being returned to your account.
