refund is not being processed

    Hi
    I had purchased a personal plan and domain transfer. But the domain transfer was happening to an incorrect site (one that I didn’t create) so after discussing it with WordPress expert over email I cancelled both – the plan and the transfer – so that I may initiate the process again with the correct site (the one which I created).
    He also assured me over the email that I will be getting refund for both (498 INR+1422 INR). But now I see only refund status for my plan cancellation. I shared this with the wordpress expert but his response is still awaited.
    I am waiting for the refund for domain transfer before purchasing a new plan and domain transfer – kindly initiate the same as I am losing precious time.

    From what I can see a full refund has been issued for both purchases.
