I see we refunded you on 25 March.
Refunds usually take around ten business days, but how long exactly depends on the processing times at your bank or credit card company. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact them directly to check on this – you can use the transaction ID from our payment processor that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
