Refund issues

    This is all in the same day….
    Originally i bought the premium package, later the day i upgraded to business because because of the plugins, but i then decided that wordpress.com is really not viable for me , i requested the refund, which they did. BUT only the amount i paid for the upgrade, i am now sitting with a loss of 90+ dollars. The premium plan does NOT show anymore…WHAT NOW? PLEASE help. i cannot afford this loss

    I’ve reviewed the account. Here’s what I can see.

    – 875.00฿ was refunded on 2020-04-07 at 14:14.
    – 6,651.00฿ was refunded on 2020-04-07 at 16:17

    All of your purchase money has been returned from us.

    Please ask your banking provider when the funds will be released in to your account. Typically these refunds only take about 10 days to finish, however, international ones can take longer.
