Refund Me

    I canceled my account on September 19, 2020. I received an email stating $180.00 would be refunded back to my account; however, I contacted my back and there is no transaction on your behalf refunding back the funds. I would like to know when will I be receiving my refund?

    The purchase was processed September 19, 2020 and a refund was processed that same day. Often when the charge/refund happen so close together, there isn’t an actual refund that goes through. Instead the original charge is just removed from your account. Can you check with your bank and see if that is what happened here?
