Refund method – URGENT

  Hi,
  I am contacting you regarding the refund process. I have used a one-time payment card from Revolut to purchase a plan, so the refund will not be possible to make on that card. In the meantime, I have added another card to my WordPress account, but in the refund e-mail it says that money will be refunded to original method of payment.

  I am kindly asking you if the card can be changed and if you can refund the money to the newly added card.

  Hi there,

  We have already released the funds back to the original place from which the purchase was made yesterday.

  Have you reached out to Resolut? I am not familiar with their service, but I know with other banks and credit card companies, when refunds are made to a closed account, they normally generate a check of that amount to the customer.

  Please reach out to them and see if there is any way they can assist you.
