I canceled my premium purchase within the cancellation period but got no refund.

A refund usually takes up to 10 Business days. Most foreign banks outside the USA do need a lot more of time.

The refund period for annual plans, like the one you purchased, is 14 days. It appears that you purchased your plan on June 16 and then canceled it on July 7, which is 22 days after your initial purchase. Unfortunately, as this exceeds the 14-day refund window, we are unable to issue a refund in this case. You can review and verify all this on your Billing History page.
I understand that you might still want to make use of the remaining period of your plan. If you’d like, I could restore your Premium plan, and you can continue to use it until it expires. This way, you can still take advantage of the benefits of the plan for the remainder of the term.
