    I stop using the account for almost a year, but I forgot to cancel my subscription. And the billing renew itself last week, how can I get the refund?

    I see that a refund has already been issued after you canceled your subscriptions. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    We’re sorry to see you go. Can you tell us a bit about the reason for canceling the subscription? Do you no longer need the site or are you moving to another platform?
