Refund not appearing in my bank account

    Hi, although the transaction appears as refunded on WordPress.com, the refund never appeared in my bank account.

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of the refund that we issued on 6 March?

    That refund was definitely processed on our end – you can see a receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor in your billing history, here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    If you paid by credit card it’s possible your bank just removed the original charge rather than recording it as a refund on the statement, so please check with them directly about that. You can provided that transaction ID to them as a reference they can use to look up the transaction on their end.
