Refund Not Being Processed

    Hi

    I want to cancel my premium plan in order to start fresh under a new business plan however each time I go through the process of clicking on my upgrades and requesting refund I never reccieve a confirmation email of my request.

    I am yet to elapse past 48 hours so I am well within my right to cancel

    Would it be better just to delete my site ?

    Sorry for the trouble! I just cancelled and refunded your Premium plan for you, so you’re all set with that. You can find the refund receipt in your account’s billing history, if you need.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
