Refund Not Come Through

  Good Evening,

  I Refunded my WordPress a while ago and still haven’t received my money back… Please explain.

  Hi there,

  Refunds typically take around 10 business days to show in your account, and with non-US banks it can take even longer. This is due to the processing time for the refund on the bank’s end – on our side the refund is processed and issued the moment you request it.

  Your Premium Plan was cancelled and refunded on 16 February, which is only two business days ago as the other two days fell over the weekend, so it’s unlikely that it will reflect in your account yet. But it has definitely been issued. You can see a receipt for the transaction here:
