Refund not paid

Please don’t post transaction information in the public forums. Those numbers can be used by anyone who sees this forum thread to potentially gain access to your WordPress.com account, so I’ve removed them from your post.
We issued your refund on 29 October, and it was processed by our payments processor, as evidenced by the transaction ID in the receipt we sent you.
From the moment the refund is processed on our end, it usually takes around ten business days for the funds to reflect in your account. That period depends on the processing times at your bank/credit card company, and if you haven’t received the refund yet, that points to a delay on their end. Please contact your bank directly to ask about this, and provide that transaction ID to them as a reference.
