Refund not processed after 7 days

I requested a refund on an auto-renew domain mapping on October 30. It has been a week and I have not received said refund on Paypal (the payment method for the renew).

Hi, thanks for the attention.
The domain mapping that was auto-renewed was linked with the domain ricacs.com, this domain was bought on a third party site and has been expired for months now (that’s why I cancelled the domain mapping and requested a refund).
This domain was mapped to ricacs.wordpress.com, registered with the account ricacs.
The refund was requested within the cancellation of the domain mapping (under 30 days after the purchase/renew) on the Store -> My Upgrades section of the Dashboard.
The domain mapping was renewed on October 19 via Paypal.
I appreciate the support and expect the refund as soon as possible.

Hi there,
Refunds are offered on most upgrades within 30 days of purchase (not renewal). When you cancelled your renewed domain mapping upgrade, that only cancelled the upgrade and did not trigger a refund request.
However, given that your domain is expired, I’ve issued you a full refund for the domain mapping renewal. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
