  Good Day
  I cancelled my subscription 7 working days ago and have not yet received my refund. Please revert urgently.

  I have processed the rest of that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement. If your refund has not shown up after that timeframe, please contact your banking institution ans ask them why they are holding onto your refund.
