Refund not Received

    Hi,

    I’ve cancelled my payment and 7-10 working days have passed, but my refund is not sent yet.

    Howdy,

    I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2021-05-27. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

    Another thing that can happen is if a charge is refunded quickly after it is made, sometimes banks just cancel the initial charge before it is actually processed and thus, don’t process a refund. It’s more like the money was never taken in the first place.

    I would encourage you to contact your financial institution and ask them what the status of the refund is.
