REFUND NOT RECIVED

    On 9th august refund was supposed to happen in 9-10 business days
    but refund is still not been received
    Today is 12thday

    Hi there,

    You’re right, refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

    So wait a few more days and then if you’re not able to locate the refund you can follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
