Refund not reflected

    Hi, i wss told i will get a refund for my account which i havent used and was shown your bills.

    However, only debit amount is shown on my credit card now but not the credit. Plesse advise?

    I am seeing a refund as having been processed on 8/16/19. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement. You could call your bank and ask them to double check things on their end. Sometimes they have access to information on “pending” refunds/transactions that is not displayed to users.
