Refund not Sent to Credit Card

  Hi there,

  This refund did not reach my credit card, please confirm the last 3 digits of the card you sent the refund back to?

  Or a receipt or proof of refund please?

  Can you please follow up with your bank directly on this? You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
