Refund Not Yet Received

  Hi I submitted a refund after purchasing the pro plan for just a few hours. It’s been 12 days now and I still haven’t received the funds. Wanted to make sure there’s no issue on either end.

  Hi there,

  I’ve checked in our system and on our end it shows that a refund was processed without issue. You used Paypal to make payment for this upgrade, yes?

  In most cases, when you cancel so soon after you refund, your institution may opt to reverse the charge (in cases where the funds had not been sent to us before you cancelled) rather than issue a refund. Unfortunately we are not able to see activity on their end, but you can provide PayPal support with the transaction ID for the refund, and they will be able to look it up.
