Refund notified but not reflecting

  Hello, I mistakenly renewed the wrong domain and I paid 98 including the late payment fee. My 18 was reversed and I was also notified that the 80usd has been reversed but only the 18usd is reflecting, not the 80usd

  This should appear on your statement within 10 working days.
