Refund of 99$

I was charged $99 for a Premium upgrade on 13/12/14 though I requested free trial and my billing showed me that this is free for a month. I canceled the Premium package, but there was no Refund option in your cancellation letter, neither in the confirmation letter. So please refund me $99
