  I am closing my WordPress account completely. Can I be refunded for charges posted today?

  Short answer, yes. We offer refunds for up to 30 days from when you were charged (except for domain registrations that have a 48 hour refund window). However, the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from does not have any upgrades associated with it.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel/refund the upgrade.
