Refund of domain

Hi,
I was charged for the renewal of my domain name, because I was within the cancellation period on January 30th I received confirmation that it would be refunded within 7 days. However this has not appeared in my account yet. Can you please look into this?

If you cancel an upgrade right after it renews the refund is not processed automatically, but you need staff help to refund it, as explained on the Refunds page.
I have refunded the payment now. You should receive it in about 10 business days. You can view a receipt for the refund in your billing history:
