Refund of Domain

    Hi,
    I recently cancelled a domain that I no longer required within 48hrs of its renewal, but have not been issued a refund although the confirmation screen said that I would be. Is there a set time between the cancellation of a transaction and the issue of a refund, or should it be immediate?
