Refund of premium / domain

  Hi there. the 16th of dec 20 I purchased a wordpress.com domain and premium packages. in the middle of jan 21 I cancelled the premium packages but i have not received any refund yet? and today i permanently deleted the domain blaugesen.com. When can I expect to get a refund of the full premium package? I do wish to cancel my account aswell and I have therefor also cancelled the credit card information used when purchasing the premium package.
