Refund of Premium Payment

    Hi there, my name is Christina and I recently completed my 14 day free trial for the Premium package. I received the email and thought that I followed the right steps to cancel the charge of 99$ that would appear the next day in my account, however on April 1st I was charged for the Premium Package. I would like to know how I can get a refund as I am no longer using this package or WordPress.

    Hi Christina,

    Sorry for the trouble! I cancelled and refunded that Premium plan for you, so you’re all set with that. (It may take some time for that refund to appear on your credit card statement.)
