Refund on business upgrade

I paid for a business plan but I’m finding it all too complicated and I don;t understand how it all works. Even simple customisation isn’t allowed because it says I need to upgrade, but I’ve already paid the money so what’s the problem?
Please can I get a refund for my £210, I will start with a free blog then will upgrade when I’m more confident.

I flagged this for staff so you can keep the custom domain you paid for and get a refund on the rest.

You can do that yourself on the dashboard Store page. Hover over the bundle and click Refund. But I advise you to hang on to the custom domain. It’s ALWAYS a good investment. And they don’t pay me to say that.

Oh Dear! I have no idea what you mean!! Where is the dashboard, where is the store page, where is the bundle?

http://darshnapatel.wordpress.com/wp-admin leads to the dashboard. The Store page is in the sidebar on the left of that page, near the top. The bundle is on that page and it will say ACTIVE or some similar word. Hover your cursor over it and click Refund.

I’m very sorry for the trouble! I just checked your account, and that WordPress.com Business plan was not correctly added to your site. I just added and activated the plan so you can use all of the Business features mentioned here: http://store.wordpress.com/plans/business/
