Refund on Custom Design

  I need a refund – I literally JUST clicked to renew custom design when I was trying to remove it entirely. I accidentally did this on domain mapping as well… although I was able to cancel that. I don’t even use this website anymore so I would greatly appreciate it if I was able to get a refund of $30 for custom design! Please! Thank you!

  Hi Sophie,

  Sure thing. I just cancelled the custom design upgrade and issued your refunds for custom design and domain mapping. It may take up to 10 days for those refunds to show up on your bank statements.
