refund on domain hosting of andychaustuff.com

  Hey there,

  I registered and purchased the 100 dollar hosting package for andychaustuff.com but right after the confirmed the payment, I realized I was not ready to set up the site and in addition, I registered the new domain under a username that already had a blog, hoping I manage the blog and site under the same username (andychau89) which used to be agumbe420. I contacted the wordpress support and Ran- WordPress.com responded but it did not help me with my problem. Then I continue the probleming solving with Jason C. who contacted me via phone but I still have not been able to receive my refund. Is there an easier way to cancel the hosting/domain?

  We don’t have any “Jason C.” here, and we don’t offer support via phone, so I recommend cutting off communication with him immediately.

  The domain portion of your value bundle can only be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, but I can cancel and refund the rest of your bundle for $74.

  I can of course still cancel the domain portion without refund, but I can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to re-purchase the domain.

  If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it.

  Instead, you can move the domain another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.
