Refund on domain mapping

  I purchased a premium upgrade on WP.com. I wanted to use a domain I’d registered with wix.com. However, I didn’t realize that wix doesn’t allow mapping and that WP doesn’t allow domain transfers. I cancelled the upgrade within 30 minutes of purchasing it. Most of the money was refunded except for $17 CAD for the domain mapping. When I cancelled that, though, I didn’t receive an email confirming that the $17 had been refunded. However, in this help article, it says that domain mapping should be refunded: https://en.support.wordpress.com/all-about-domains/

  How do I finish processing the refund?
