Refund on Jetpack personal

  Hello, I had accidentally signed up for Jetpack personal on a site that I no longer use. I have deleted the site and canceled the Jetpack personal subscription before hitting the 30 day mark from purchase. Will I get a refund of my $39 since I never used it?

  I can confirm we’ve issued your refund, yes. You can see a receipt for that in your billing history, here:

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
