refund on payment made on December 18

    Hello,

    I paid for a domain on December 18 and my credit card confirms this payment. But somehow I cant create a site, nor is there a confirmation with wordpress that I have made this payment. I would like a refund please and stop my subscription.

    I think I see the issue: this account was created a few days after the 18th, so you likely just need to log into the correct account. Also, because this isn’t the correct account, we can’t find the payment either.

    But if you’ll send a link to the site, we’ll go from there. Thank you!
