Refund on premium theme

  Hi Team… I purchased a premium theme and have almost completed my build of a new site, only to realise i am on .com not .org.

  My tech team advised that to achieve our business goals we need to be on .org.

  Could you please advise how i may recieve a refund for the purchase of this theme so i can afford to setup on .org with the same theme?

  Thanks in advance for your help and understanding on this one, i’m sure i’m not the first person to make this simple error.

  You purchased that theme 5 months ago and unfortunately, we can only issue a refund within the first 30 days from the purchase.
