Refund on site charges

Hi there, I recently wrote to ask about a potential refund on a site that is inactive. I got a reply to say that WP would look into this but to sign in with the site associated with the charges. Each time I try to do that I end up back on this site and wondered why that might be? Is there a number to call to speak to customer service instead? Many thanks! Debs

Do you remember the site URL that the charge is connected to? There indeed are no history of charges that are connected with the account you are contacting us from, so there is an entirely different username/email and password login that you will need to use to access the correct account.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
