  I remove subscription but still pending refund. Can you please update me what’s the status of my refund.

  You had been informed by our live chat support team on January 6, 2023 that you were past our refund window:

  Oh, I see. You can certainly cancel the plan here, but no refund is available at this point since it’s been more than 14 days since purchase: https://wordpress.com/en/support/refunds/

  While you removed the subscription, you would not receive a refund as noted then.
