Refund please?

    Hi
    I’m a student and I thought this was a free domain? I’ve been charged 96 dollars today for a subscription I didn’t know I had? I really can’t afford it as I’m a student. Please can I have a refund? Will I loose my website? I really thought it was free to have? Sorry for the confusion. Kindest regards. Cassy

    What is the URL of the domain that the purchase applied to?

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to process a refund.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
